This sweepstakes is intended for participation in accordance with these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law.

 

  1. SPONSOR

Workerbee, Inc., 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Building D, Suite 2106, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (“Sponsor”).

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The CareerBee Early Access Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

 

Excluded from eligibility: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer, director, or agent are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 12/17/2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

METHOD 1: PRIMARY ENTRY METHOD

Download and install the CareerBee mobile application on your mobile device. Installation of the CareerBee application during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Installation of the application is entirely optional and not required to enter the Sweepstakes.

METHOD 2: ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without installing the CareerBee application, send an email to hello@workerbee.ai with the subject line “CareerBee Entry” during the Sweepstakes Period. In the body of the email, include your full legal name, complete mailing address (including city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code), email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Each qualifying email received during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one (1) entry.

 

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

 

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method used. If you enter using both methods, you will receive only one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same person using multiple email addresses or any method will be void, and that person will be disqualified.

 

Equal Treatment: All entries received via Method 1 (application installation) and Method 2 (AMOE) will be pooled together and treated equally in the random drawing. No preference or advantage is given to entries received via application installation.

 

Entry Ownership: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Proof of sending or transmitting an entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

 

Entry Requirements: Each entry must be manually submitted. Use of automated entry devices, scripts, macros, or other mechanical, robotic, or automated means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 

  1. PRIZE

 

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One $100.00 Amazon.com Gift Card (the “Prize”).

 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00 USD.

 

Prize Details: The Prize will be awarded in the form of an Amazon.com electronic gift card

code delivered via email to the address provided by winner. The Amazon.com gift card is subject to Amazon.com’s terms and conditions, available at www.amazon.com. Sponsor is not responsible for any terms, conditions, or restrictions imposed by Amazon.com on use of the gift card.

 

Prize Restrictions:

  • Prize is non-transferable and no substitution, assignment, or transfer of Prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
  • No cash equivalent or cash redemption of Prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
  • Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
  • All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about 01/15/2025 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

 

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at the contact information provided with their entry within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing date. Potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond within the required time period, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit the Prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Sponsor may select up to two (2) alternate potential winners, after which the Prize may remain unawarded if no eligible winner comes forward.

 

  1. WINNER VERIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Verification: Before being declared the official winner and receiving the Prize, the potential winner will be required to:

  1. Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within seven (7) calendar days of issuance;
  2. Execute and return a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within seven (7) calendar days of issuance;
  3. Provide proof of identity and age (e.g., copy of driver’s license or government-issued identification);
  4. Provide any additional information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

 

Failure to Comply: If the potential winner fails to execute and return the required documents within the specified time period, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

 

  1. PRIZE AWARD

 

Upon successful verification and receipt of all required documents, the Prize will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days. The Prize will be delivered via email to the email address provided by the winner. Sponsor will not be responsible if winner’s email provider blocks, filters, or otherwise prevents delivery of the Prize notification email. Winner is solely responsible for ensuring winner’s email address is current and functional.

 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Release of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage.

 

Publicity Rights: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

 

Sponsor’s Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

 

Technical Malfunctions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; miscommunications; failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower, or cable transmissions; jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

 

Force Majeure: Sponsor is not responsible for any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.

 

Disqualification: Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or act in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified, and Sponsor will void all associated entries. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

 

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

 

Governing Law: Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.

 

Arbitration Agreement: Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (the “JAMS Rules”), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

 

Class Action Waiver: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

 

  1. PRIVACY

Entrant’s personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://workerbee.ai/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and as described in these Official Rules.

 

Information Collection: Information collected from entrants will include name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. This information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, and award the Prize.

 

Data Retention: Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be retained for a period of at least three (3) years following conclusion of the Sweepstakes for legal compliance and record-keeping purposes.

 

  1. WINNERS LIST

For the name and city/state or province of residence of the winner, available after 03/31/2025 send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CareerBee Sweepstakes Winner, Workerbee, Inc., 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Building D, Suite 2106, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Requests for the winner’s name must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

PROGRAM 2: CAREERBEE SURVEY INCENTIVE PROGRAM – GIFT CARD

PROGRAM TERMS &

 

  1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The CareerBee Survey Incentive Program (the “Survey Program”) is a promotional program offered by Workerbee, Inc. (“Workerbee” or “we”). This is not a sweepstakes or contest. All eligible participants who complete a qualifying survey will receive a $10 coffee gift card, subject to these Program Terms.

  1. SPONSOR

Workerbee, Inc., 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Building D, Suite 2106, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

 

  1. PROGRAM PERIOD

The Survey Program begins on 12/17/2025 and continues until terminated by Workerbee. Workerbee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Survey Program at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Survey Program is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Workerbee and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE GIFT CARD

Qualification Requirements:

To receive a gift card under the Survey Program, you must:

  1. Receive an invitation to participate in a CareerBee survey;
  2. Complete the entire survey, answering all required questions;
  3. Submit the completed survey during the Program Period;
  4. Provide a valid email address for gift card delivery;
  5. Meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 4.

 

Gift Card Details:

Qualifying participants will receive one (1) $10.00 gift card redeemable at participating coffee retailers (the “Gift Card”). The specific coffee retailer and Gift Card type will be determined by Workerbee in its sole discretion.

Limit: One (1) Gift Card per person per survey invitation. Participants may receive multiple Gift Cards if they receive and complete multiple qualifying survey invitations, subject to these Program Terms.

 

  1. GIFT CARD DELIVERY AND TERMS

Delivery Method: Gift Cards will be delivered via email to the email address provided during survey completion, typically within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after survey submission.

 

Gift Card Value: Each Gift Card has a value of $10.00 USD or CAD (depending on participant’s residence).

IMPORTANT: Under California law, if you receive a Gift Card with a balance of less than $10.00, you have the right to request cash redemption of the remaining balance.

 

Gift Card Usage: Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer. Workerbee is not responsible for any restrictions, limitations, or terms imposed by the gift card issuer or participating retailers.

 

Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or bartered. Gift Cards have no cash value except as required by law (see California cash-out provision above).

 

Lost or Stolen Cards: Workerbee is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission after delivery.

 

  1. TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on Gift Cards received. While Workerbee is not required to issue IRS Form 1099 for individual $10 Gift Cards, participants who receive multiple Gift Cards totaling $600.00 or more in a calendar year may receive tax reporting forms as required by law.

 

 

  1. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

Survey responses and personal information collected through the Survey Program will be used in accordance with Workerbee’s Privacy Policy, available at https://workerbee.ai/privacy-policy/. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Workerbee reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Program Terms at any time
  • Change the Gift Card value, type, or issuer
  • Suspend or terminate the Survey Program at any time
  • Disqualify participants who violate these Program Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

 

  1. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

 

Technical Issues: Workerbee is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected emails, server outages, or other issues that may prevent Gift Card delivery.

 

Liability Release: By participating, you release Workerbee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Survey Program or use of Gift Cards.

These Program Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

PROGRAM 3: TALENTBEE DEMO INCENTIVE PROGRAM – GIFT CARD

PROGRAM TERMS

 

  1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The TalentBee Demo Incentive Program (the “Demo Program”) is a promotional program offered by Workerbee, Inc. (“Workerbee” or “we”). This is not a sweepstakes or contest. All eligible participants who attend a qualifying product demonstration will receive a $25 Starbucks gift card, subject to these Program Terms.

 

  1. SPONSOR

Workerbee, Inc., 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Building D, Suite 2106, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

 

  1. PROGRAM PERIOD

The Demo Program begins on 12/17/2025 and continues until terminated by Workerbee. Workerbee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Demo Program at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Demo Program is open to business professionals who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec)
  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • Are authorized to request product demonstrations on behalf of their organization
  • Meet the qualification criteria set forth in Section 5 below

Employees of Workerbee and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE GIFT CARD

Qualification Requirements:

To receive a gift card under the Demo Program, you must:

  1. Schedule a TalentBee product demonstration through authorized channels (website request, email invitation, or sales representative);
  2. Attend and participate in the complete scheduled demonstration;
  3. Remain engaged throughout the entire demonstration duration (typically 30-60 minutes);
  4. Provide valid contact information including email address for gift card delivery;
  5. Represent a bona fide business or organization with genuine interest in TalentBee products;
  6. Meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 4.

 

What Constitutes a “Qualified” Demonstration:

A qualifying demonstration must:

  • Be scheduled in advance through Workerbee’s authorized representatives or systems
  • Last a minimum of 15 minutes
  • Be conducted by an authorized Workerbee representative
  • Include live participation by the attendee (not recorded/on-demand viewing)
  • Occur during the Program Period

 

Disqualifying Factors:

The following do NOT qualify for Gift Card distribution:

  • Attending a general webinar or group presentation (unless specifically designated as qualifying)
  • Viewing recorded demonstration content
  • Canceling or failing to attend a scheduled demonstration
  • Attending a demonstration as a Workerbee employee or affiliate
  • Attending multiple demonstrations for the sole purpose of obtaining multiple Gift Cards (as determined by Workerbee in its sole discretion)

 

Limit: One (1) Gift Card per person per organization. Participants may not receive multiple Gift Cards by scheduling multiple demonstrations for the same organization.

 

  1. GIFT CARD DELIVERY AND TERMS

Delivery Method: Gift Cards will be delivered via email to the email address provided during demonstration scheduling, typically within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after demonstration completion.

 

Gift Card Value: Each Gift Card is a $25.00 Starbucks Gift Card (USD or CAD depending on participant’s residence).

 

Gift Card Usage:

  • Gift Cards are subject to Starbucks terms and conditions, available at www.starbucks.com
  • Workerbee is not responsible for any restrictions, limitations, or terms imposed by Starbucks
  • Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Starbucks locations
  • Not all Starbucks products or services may be available at all locations

 

Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or bartered. Gift Cards have no cash value except as required by law.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards: Workerbee is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission after delivery.

 

  1. TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on Gift Cards received. While Workerbee is not required to issue IRS Form 1099 for individual $25 Gift Cards, participants who receive multiple Gift Cards or other compensation from Workerbee totaling $600.00 or more in a calendar year may receive tax reporting forms as required by law.

 

  1. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

Personal and business information collected through the Demo Program will be used in accordance with Workerbee’s Privacy Policy, available at https://workerbee.ai/privacy-policy/. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Information collected may include:

  • Name and title
  • Business/organization name
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Business needs and requirements
  • Demonstration attendance records

This information will be used to:

  • Schedule and conduct demonstrations
  • Provide Gift Cards to qualified participants
  • Follow up on product interest and sales opportunities
  • Improve TalentBee products and services

 

  1. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Workerbee reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Program Terms at any time
  • Change the Gift Card value, type, or issuer
  • Modify qualification criteria for demonstrations
  • Suspend or terminate the Demo Program at any time
  • Disqualify participants who violate these Program Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

 

  1. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Discretionary Determination: Workerbee has sole discretion to determine whether a demonstration qualifies under these Program Terms and whether a participant has satisfied all requirements.

 

No Guarantee: Participation in a demonstration does not guarantee Gift Card receipt if qualification requirements are not met.

 

Technical Issues: Workerbee is not responsible for technical failures, scheduling conflicts, lost or misdirected emails, server outages, or other issues that may prevent demonstration completion or Gift Card delivery.

 

No Purchase Obligation: Receipt of a Gift Card creates no obligation to purchase TalentBee products or services. Demonstrations are provided for informational purposes only.

 

Liability Release: By participating, you release Workerbee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Demo Program or use of Gift Cards.

 

  1. COMMERCIAL USE PROHIBITION

This Program is intended for bona fide business evaluation purposes only. Scheduling demonstrations solely to obtain Gift Cards, without genuine business interest, is prohibited and may result in disqualification and denial of Gift Card distribution.

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Program Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROGRAMS

 

AMENDMENT

Workerbee reserves the right to amend these Official Rules and Program Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted at https://workerbee.ai/workerbee-promotional-programs-official-rules-and-program-terms/ and will become effective immediately upon posting, except where prohibited by law.

 

INTERPRETATION

In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and Program Terms and any other promotional materials, these Official Rules and Program Terms shall govern.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Official Rules and Program Terms, together with Workerbee’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between participants and Workerbee regarding these promotional programs.
